* Free aeration is for sign-ups before April 15th only. Plug aeration comes with some risks. If you have an irrigation system you must alert our teams before aeration to avoid damage. All irrigation heads should be marked with flags by the homeowner before scheduled aeration. Any internet or phone lines severed by the aeration process are not the fault of Flourish Landscaping. Internet and phone lines should be buried 6 inches below the surface to ensure they are not damaged but they often are installed incorrectly by the supplier. Please contact your supplier to have the lines reinstalled if they are damaged during aeration. In order to receive the free aeration the first month of service must be paid in full before April 15th, 2026. Neighbours are defined as anyone who lives within 2 houses of you in any direction. If we are required to pack up our gear and drive to another location, then that is not your neighbour and does not qualify for the discount. In order to qualify for the 5% discount on auto-pay a credit card number must be provided. If the card cannot be processed on the date the invoice is due, the 5% discount will be removed. In order for the additional 5% discount for prepayment of the season to apply, the full season must be paid before April 30th, 2026. No refunds will be given if this discount is taken.
